General Information

The following services and information are available at the Telford Borough Police Department Administrative Office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.


Accident reports can be obtained from the police department directly. There is a $15.00 fee for all accident reports. You can pay your accident report fee by cash or check made payable to "Telford Borough Police Department".


Police incident reports can be released under the Pennsylvania Right to Know by completing a "Right to Know" form available at police headquarters or downloaded from the "Documents & Forms" webpage. The charge for an incident report is 25 cents per page. Police investigative reports can only be released by subpoena or court order.


Parking tickets may be paid by mail by sending a check or money order, along with the parking ticket, to the Telford Borough Police Department, 100 Penn Avenue, Telford, PA 18969.

If you desire to please "not guilty" to a parking ticket and would like to request a hearing, please wait until you receive a citation in the mail; however, please be advised that if you are found guilty at the hearing, the cost will be substantially increased from the cost of the original parking ticket.

All traffic and non-traffic citations must be paid by pledging "guilty" on the citation and then sending the find and costs listed to the District Court on the citation. Those who which to request a gearing for any traffic or non-traffic citation should please "not guilty" on the citation and then send that part of the citation to District Court requesting a hearing date.


The Telford Borough Police Department is a participating police department in the North Penn Area Central Processing Center located within the Towamencin Township Police Department, 1090 Troxel Road, Kulpsville, PA 19443.

If you are in need of being fingerprinted, for personal or legal reasons, you must make an appointment with a booking clerk at the center by calling 215-368-7606

Please note that the center cannot preform fingerprints for immigration purposes. You must contact your nearest Immigration Department for a listing of their offices.


Solicitor or vendor permits can be obtained at the Telford Borough Office, 122 Penn Avenue, Telford utilizing the following guidelines:

If you are planning on soliciting door-to-door attempting to sell a product where you will be taking payments or deposits, or distributing pamphlets or business flyers, a permit and fee payment is required. You will need to present a form of government issued photo identification (driver's license, photo identification card, passport) at the time of application.

If you are soliciting for non-profit or charitable organizations or groups, there is no charge for the permits. However, you must still register with the borough office and each individual must have identification and will be issued a permit card at the time the application is approved.
